Our production line
Ten stages, one continuous process
Every Lithium Werks cell is built through a precisely sequenced manufacturing line — from raw material mixing through to finished module assembly. Each stage is engineered for consistency, safety, and repeatable quality at scale.
Mixing
Raw materials are precisely blended into a uniform slurry, the foundation for consistent electrode performance.
Watch Video
Coating
The slurry is applied evenly onto current collector foil and dried, forming the active electrode layer.
Watch VideoCalendaring
Coated electrodes are compressed to a precise thickness, improving density and electrical performance.
Watch Video
Slitting
Electrode sheets are cut to exact width, ready for cell assembly.
Watch VideoWinding
Cathode, anode, and separator are wound together into the cell's core structure.
Watch Video
Assembling
Wound cells are built into their casings, with all internal components fitted into place.
Watch VideoFilling
Electrolyte is precisely dosed into each cell, activating its electrochemical function.
Watch Video
Formation
Cells undergo controlled initial charge cycles to stabilise performance and verify quality.
Watch VideoInspection & Certification
Finished cells are inspected, sorted, and prepared for onward assembly or shipment.
Watch Video
Module
Individual cells are integrated into modules, complete with battery management electronics.
